Sourcing (The "Federal" in Federalism)

After learning about federalism, one of the major principles of the Constitution of the United States, you will apply what you have learned by examining a primary source. You will look at an excerpt from the Voting Rights Act of 1965 which enforced the 15th Amendment of the Constitution.
